Are you motivated by developing and leading others and have an ambition to build successful companies through your leadership?
The Volati Management Program runs for 18 months and is divided into at least three project placements: two at our units and one at Volati’s head office. In parallel with the project work in the units, participants have opportunities for development in strategy and leadership. We attach great importance to your development and offer several training courses during the programme to prepare you for your future role in the Group. You will also be assigned a mentor who is often a senior leader within the Group, as well as a “buddy” consisting of a VMP alumnus who supports you more practically. One of the two companies you do rotations at will be your target company, where you will continue to work in a senior position when the program is over.
We are seeking up to four people to take this exciting journey together. You will establish close connections with each other and be part of the Volati Management Program network of about 20 people. Here you’ll have the opportunity to exchange experiences and knowledge under formal and informal conditions.
Who are you?
We at Volati know that ambitious, business-minded people come from a variety of backgrounds, both privately and professionally. At the same time we believe some basis has to be fulfilled in order for us to develop together. We therefore believe that you who apply to us:
- Have a clear leadership ambition combined with personal maturity and be motivated to develop, support, and lead others.
- Have an ambition to develop and build successful companies through your leadership.
- Be open, ambitious, and proactive, with the ability to handle different people and situations.
- Be sociable and have a proactive approach that facilitates communication throughout the organization.
- Have 2–4 years of work experience after university studies.
- It is advantageous to have actively developed your leadership skills, for example, by taking on leadership roles in sports, associations, student organizations, the workplace, etc.
