Salix Group is a Nordic trading and distribution group supplying hardware, consumables, input materials and packaging to the construction and industrial sectors. Its portfolio includes both proprietary and third-party brands, with strong positions in fittings and fastening products. The Group also serves home and garden, agriculture and forestry markets.
Operations span Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, with Sweden as the largest market. The business is organised into three areas: Consumables Trade & Agriculture, Construction & Packaging Solutions, and Home & Fittings. Customers include builders’ merchants, industrial clients, retailers, and agriculture and forestry businesses, with most sales generated from professional and industrial segments.
Following the Annual General Meeting of Volati on 29 April 2026, Volati has decided to distribute its shares in Salix Group to its ordinary shareholders and to list Salix Group on Nasdaq Stockholm, with trading expected to begin on 15 June 2026.
