Distribution Salix Group

The Board of Volati has proposed that the Annual General Meeting on 29 April 2026 resolve to distribute all shares in Salix Group to Volati's ordinary shareholders. The intention is to list Salix Group's shares on Nasdaq Stockholm, with a planned first trading day of 15 June 2026.
