Volati was set up in 2003 by Karl Perlhagen and Patrik Wahlén. At present Volati has a turnover in excess of 1,2 billion Swedish kronor.

The growth achieved is a result of acquisitions and successful implementation of Volati’s development programme including measures to increase exports as well as restructuring. Volati is continuously seeking acquisition opportunities in a large number of different sectors. What distinguishes Volati, among other things, is that we are privately owned, focused on facilitating generational change and having the goal of developing the businesses we acquire – not selling them on.
